On September 13, 2025, June Cryer of Edmonton, Alberta passed away at the age of 63 years. She is survived by her siblings: Margaret Murray, Darlene (Hans) Couillard, Alty Kanten and special friend, Basel Jacula, aunties: Gloria Half and Lillian Youngchief and numerous relatives, friends and foster family. June was predeceased by her parents: Albert and Margaret Cryer, siblings: Paul, Albertine, Cecilia, Helen, Roseanne, Esther, Marvin and Albert. A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 20 at Mannawanis Native Friendship Centre at 11:00 a.m. with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
