John Krankowsky

On July 19, 2025, Mr. John Krankowsky of Lake Eliza, Alberta, passed away at the age of 99 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Rose; children, Gerald (Lucie) & Guidee Evans (Robb Foote); grandchildren, Preston (Cassia), Lyndon (Brandi) & Jordon (Kendra) Krankowsky, Brennan (Danielle) & Brayden Evans; 7 great-grandchildren, Hailey, Hunter, Tenley, Hudson, Jaxtyn & Sully Krankowsky & Bowen Evans; sister, Rosie Petruk; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Krankowsky was predeceased by his parents, Frank & Mary; 5 brothers & 3 sisters; son-in-law, Jay Evans; & also just hours earlier by Bear, the beloved family dog and loyal companion to both John & Rose. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 28 at 1:00 p.m. at Lac Bellevue Hall, Lac Bellevue. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Lac Bellevue.
