On September 17, 2025, Jeremy Randall Quinney of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 47 years. He is survived by his wife, Louisa Youngchief; children, Darian Quinney, Laikken McGilvery, Alissa McGilvery, Jeremiah Quinney, Keara Quinney, Samuel (Lennea) McGilvery & Heather (Cole) McGilvery; step-children, Tuleshia, Teciha, Tysjoan (Big Boy), Tyonie, Trayton, Talon & Tyre; grandchildren, Kyrin, Greyson, Aleighlyn, Regan, Riley, Darren, Mia Bella, Conner & Harlow; father, Vernon Steinhauer; kokom, Rita Steinhauer; siblings, Charlotte Quinney, Jonathan “Buck” Quinney, Elliott Steinhauer, Justice Steinhauer, Remus Steinhauer, Felicity Steinhauer & Farrah Steinhauer; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. Jeremy was predeceased by the mother of his children, Allison McGilvery; son, Raven Quinney; mother, Bridgette Quinney; kokom, Edna Quinney; mosums, Herman Steinhauer & Lloyd Quinney; aunt, Sandra Quinney. A Wake will be held on Sunday, September 28 (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Monday, September 29 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
