On September 2, 2012, Mrs. Janet Scott of Ashmont passed away at the age of 80 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Gordon; 2 daughters & 1 son, Betty Jean (Bob) Andrichuk of Sherwood Park, Dawna (Andy) Davison of Campbell River, B.C. & David (Vera) Scott of Slave Lake; son-in-law, Wayne Iversen of Mallaig; 11 grandchildren, Margret Maggie Iversen, Martin (Lisa) Iversen, Iris (Ken) Dort, Geoffrey (Amery) Davison, Carrie (Travis) Dashkewytch, Karen (Tony) Janz, Joni Davison, Samantha (Jarret) Andrichuk, Brayden Hopkins, Tyane Scott & Keynan Payne; 14 great-grandchildren, Kiara, Jacqueline, Carter, Kaylin, Sherease, Ashlyn, Elizabeth, Gracie, Aiden, Thomas, Fredrick, Ava, Scott & Zachary; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Mylss; grandson, Lee; parents, Jack & Betty Jones; sister, Eleanor; mother- & father-in-law, Mylss & Walter Scott. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 15 at 1:00 p.m. at Ashmont Agriplex, Ashmont. Cremation has taken place.
