James Moosewah

On June 17, 2011, Mr. James Moosewah of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 69 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Emily; 5 sons & 2 daughters, Larry (Lisa), Glen, Charles (Tara), Leon (Jocelyn), Brian, Patsy & Denise (Billy); 33 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers & 5 sisters, Charlie (Cindy), Jimmy (Brenda), Alice, Christine (James), Rose (Joe), Theresa (Billy) & Doris; 3 adopted sons, Leonard (Cowboy) Cardinal, John Shirt & Leo Cardinal. He was predeceased by his son, Victor; grandson, Kalin; parents, Alex & Lavina; brother, Norman and sister, Mary Louise. A Wake will be held Wednesday & Thursday, June 22 & 23 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, June 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
