On September 15, 2011, Mrs. Hazel Hannah of Elk Point passed away at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her daughter, Lucille (Allen) Smith of Elk Point; son, Dennis (Delia Quinney) Hannah of Edmonton; 7 grandchildren, Danny (Maria) Povaschuk, Allan Povaschuk, Shelly Nicholson, Shane (Jodi) Smith, Laurie (Ron) Wachniak, Denise (Dave) Fleming & Catlin Thomas; 10 great-grandchildren, Justin Povaschuk, Kyle Povaschuk, Brooklyn Nicholson, Jayla Nicholson, Lexee Smith, Jaxon Smith, Alyssa Wachniak, Amanda Wachniak, Cash Fleming & Wyatt Fleming; special friend, Irene Gerzlen; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Bruce; parents, Walter & Effie; grandson, Bruce; & all her brothers & sisters. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 19 at 1:00 p.m. at Elk Point Seniors Centre, Elk Point. Reverend Sam Donaldson officiating with interment in Elk Point East Cemetery, Elk Point.
