On July 6, 2025, Flurian Jackson of Saddle Lake, Alberta, passed away at the age of 53 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Corinne; children, Shanade & Jessy (Maclean); step-children, Suriena (Chris) & Shane (Amber); grandchildren, Sondre, Shania, Brock, Shayna, Shanell, Shyne & Shane Jr.; mother, Mildred Jean; brother, Rayburne; numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives. Flurian was predeceased by his father, Florian Desjarlais; brothers, Ricky “Duke”, Kenny & Emery; sister, Agnes; maternal grandparents, Francis & Kathleen Jackson; paternal grandparents, John Desjarlais & Agnes Cardinal. A Wake will be held on Saturday & Sunday, July 12 & 13 (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake with interment in United Church Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
