Faron Nayawatatic-Kochanowsky

On August 9, 2026, Mr. Faron Sterling Kochanowsky (birth name, Faron Willis Nayawatatic) of Edmonton, AB, formerly of Saddle Lake, AB, passed away at the age of 54 years. He is survived by his partner & caregiver, Tanya Beloin; children, Shania-Lynn & Kalob; mother of his children, Tanis; grandaughter, Zaehda; parents, Terry & Ester Kochanowsky; brothers, Kelsey Radcliffe & Chiefton McGilvery;  half-siblings, Pauline Hunter, Roxanne Hunter, Shane Hunter, & Curtis Whitford; aunties, Doris Nayawatatic, Sylvia Coutre, Doreen Nayawatatic & Florence Moses; uncle, Paul Cardinal. Faron was predeceased by his biological parents, Paul Coutre & Yvonne Nayawatatic; & his brother, Peter.  A Wake will be held on Thursday & Friday, August 20 & August  21 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.). Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Pastor Terry Luciow will be officiating with interment in United Church Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
