On June 16, 2011, Ms. Evelyn Blanchette of Vernon, B.C. formerly of Edmonton passed away at the age of 77 years. She is survived by 1 son, George of Vernon, B.C.; 2 daughters, Sharon of St. Paul & Tina (Richard Speer) of Falkland, B.C.; 2 granddaughters, Samantha & Trinidy; 1 brother, Alphonse Blanchette of Myrnam; 2 sisters, Evangeline Charest of St. Paul & Jean OHara of Edmonton. She was predeceased by her parents, Matilda & Alphonse Blanchette; 2 brothers, Germain Gerry & Eugene; 2 sisters, Germaine & Elize.
