On October 4, 2012, Mrs. Emily Levina Muriel Jackson of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 82 years. She is survived by 3 sons, Roland (Bertha) Jackson, Leonard (Elizabeth) Jackson & Anthony Jackson; 2 daughters, Muriel Beaudry & Colleen (Len) Jackson; 9 step-children, Albert (Mary) Cardinal, Daniel (Wilma) Cardinal, Peter Sr. (Terry) Cardinal, Rene Cardinal, Dennis Cardinal, Esther Crane, Nora (Jimmy) Thom, Gloria (Robert) Ward & Delores Saskatchewan; 2 adopted daughters, Tammy Makokis & Whitney Scanie; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy G. Cardinal; brother, Edward (Louise) Cardinal; sisters-in-law, Lena Cardinal, Mary Pasquayak & Violet Cardinal; brother-in-law, Alvin (Doreen) Makokis. She was predeceased by her husbands/partners, Norman Jackson, Albert Makokis & Stanley Cardinal; parents, Louis & Dora Cardinal; children, Kenneth, Kevin, Bluebird, Sheldon & Brenda Jackson; son-in-law, Arthur Beaudry; 3 brothers, Stanley, Herman & Albert Cardinal; sister, Bertha Cardinal; sister-in-law, Melanie Cardinal. A Wake will be held on Monday & Tuesday, October 8 & 9 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
