On November 23, 2025, Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Magas of Vegreville, Alberta, formerly of Spedden, Alberta, passed away at the age of 89 years. She is survived by her children, Pat (Bill) Soldan, Victor Magas, Sharon (Michael) Topylki, Gloria (Sheldon) Sirant & Chris (Conrad) Chrapko; loving grandchildren, Tyler (Ashley), Megan, Jenna (Yoshi), Jeff (Jessica), Casey (Jason), Travis (Brittany), Scott, Austin, Tayler (Jordan), Peter (Abigail) & Ella; great-grandchildren, Blake, Allie, Sam, Taytum, Phoenix, Maxine, Isaac (Chloe), Aeva & Daphne; great-great-grandson, Brooks; sister, Mary Leach; numerous relatives & friends. Jane was predeceased by her husband, Peter Magas. A Private Funeral Service will be held with interment in Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Spedden.
