Dillon Cardinal

On June 25, 2026, Dillon John Lee Cardinal of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 39 years. He is survived by his common law, Casey Gadwa-John; children, Delilah Large, Vance Cardinal, Sumarah Large & Riley Cardinal; loving mother, Karen Scanie; siblings, R.J, Charelle, Hudson & Blaeze; aunts, Sylvia, Martha, Val & Isabelle; uncle, James; kokom, Mary Steinhauer,  as well as numerous cousins, nieces & nephews. Dillon was predeceased by his dad, Ralph; daughter, Tahnee; step-dad, Don; kokom, Eliza & Godfather, John. A Wake will be held on Tuesday, June 30 & Wednesday, July 1  (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
