Derrick Crane

On June 4, 2026, Derrick “Dodge” Crane of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his children, Wilfred, Derreck, Lydia, Victoria & Dieann; grandchildren, Rain, Oakland, Declan, Haislyn, Marlise, Maurice, Sherita, Xavier, Ava-Skye, Leslie Jr. & Aaliyah; special daughter-in-law, Kayla Pruden; brother, James; cousins, Don, Brian & Charles; numerous other family & friends. Derrick was predeceased by his loving wife, Patricia Chaboyer; parents, Wilfred & Lydia LittleCrane; brothers, Freddy & Laurie; sisters, Denise, Doreen, Sandra, Donna and one in infancy. A Wake will be held Tuesday, June 9 (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Wednesday,, June 10 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake with Pastor Linda Burns officiating. Cremation to follow.
