Bertha Jodoin

On December 2, 2011 Mrs. Bertha Jodoin of Mallaig passed away at the age of 82 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Lucien; 2 sons, Terry (Diane) Hankel of Edmonton & Jerry (Phyllis) Hankel of Spruce Grove; 2 grandchildren, Ashley & Kelly; 2 brothers & 4 sisters, Paul Cotudal of Lloydminster, Roger (June) Cotudal of Spruce Grove, Alice (Peter) Dutton of Airdrie, Marguerite (Henry) Tenz of Alberta Beach, Germaine (Robert) Hunter of Mallaig & Yvonne Gagn of Mallaig; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. Bertha was predeceased by her first husband, Carl Hankel; parents, Magloire & Cecile Cotudal; 2 brothers, Alphonse & Ernest; & 3 sisters, Rita Derksen, Claire Ida & Jeannette. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday December 7 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Jean de Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church, Mallaig. Reverend Father Dario Abram will be the celebrant. Cremation has taken place.
