Bella Dion

On April 20, 2012, Mrs. Bella Dion of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 86 years. She is survived by 4 sons, Henry (Mildred) Cardinal of Goodfish Lake, Louis (Marie Saultaux) Cardinal of Rocky Mountain House, Ernest Dion of Edmonton & Peter (Ester Stanley) Dion of Frog Lake; daughter, Hazel (Ron) Desjarlais of Red Deer; numerous adopted children; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Billy; daughter, Brenda; son, Gerald; grandson, Louie; granddaughter, April; parents, Edward & Margaret; 6 brothers & 11 sisters. A Wake will be held on Tuesday & Wednesday, April 24 & 25 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Reverend Father Gary Laboucane will be the celebrant, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
