On July 25, 2011, Mr. Armand Amyotte of Mallaig passed away at the age of 91 years. He is survived by 5 sons & 6 daughters, Albert (Aline), Louise (Bill) Mercer, Annette Kennedy, Liliane Peddicord, Oscar (Carmen), Lea (John) Foy, Henri (Paulette), Marie (Jim) Dechaine, Aline (Denis) Martin, Cyril (Gisele) & Armand (Suzanne); son-in-law, Clem Gonneville; 39 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters, Leo (Annette), Adelard (Therese), Edward (Germaine), Philias (Mariette), Rene (Louise), Emile (Jeannine), Edna & Raymond (Maria); sister-in-law, Laurette; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Jeannette; parents, Oscar & Diana; daughter, Claire Gonneville; grandson, Remi Amyotte; 3 brothers & 1 sister, Paul (Laurette), Germaine (Phillippe), Lucien (Juliette) & Hector; 2 sons-in-law, Joseph Kennedy & Arthur Peddicord; brother-in-law, Leonce Leblanc. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, July 28 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Jean de Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church, Mallaig. Reverend Father Dario Abram will be the celebrant with private family interment in the church cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30”s c/o Box 1780, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A0.
