On June 7, 2026, Anthony “Tony” Cross Jr. of Frog Lake, Alberta, whose home was Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 28 years. He is survived by his children, Mila Cross & Notoria Cardinal; his dad, Anthony Cross (Janice); brothers, CJ (Melanie), Chris, Cam, Catlin & Anton; sisters, Rhonda Cross, Alonna Cross & Marie Inyallie; nephew, Cam Jr; niece, Callie; kokum, Esther Crane; numerous cousins. Anthony was predeceased by his mother, Lorna Wanuch; mosom, Percy Crane; brother, Justin Saskachewin; sister, Raylene Steinhauer; grandparents, Maryrose Cross & Joe Moyah. A Wake will be held on Saturday (leaving Grace Gardens at 1:00 p.m.) & Sunday, June 13 & 14 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Pastor Linda Burns will be officiating with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
