Albert L. Cardinal

On November 1, 2011, Mr. Albert L. Cardinal of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 77 years. He is survived by his 4 sons & 6 daughters, Alice Quinney of Saddle Lake, Gloria (Stan) Half of Spedden, Beatrice (John) Sinclair of Wabasca, Evelyn Cardinal (Gilbert Steinhauer), Cecil Cardinal, Zaccheus Cardinal (Sandra Martel), Jane Cardinal (Darryl Sunday) & Shirley Cardinal all of Saddle Lake, Jimmy Cardinal of Edmonton & Vernon Cardinal of St. Paul; 35 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruby; parents, Zacheus & Alice; son, Arnold; granddaughter, Amanda Large; 2 brothers, John Peter & Zaccheus J.; 4 sisters, Cordelia Redcrow, Amelia Cardinal, Eva Hunter & Genevieve Jackson; & great-grandson, baby Robin Quinney. A Wake will be held on Saturday & Sunday, November 5 & 6 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 7 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Reverend Robert Wright & Elder Noah Cardinal officiating with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
